Please allow 4 - 7 working days for our graphic designers to design your shin guards.
During high volume periods and sales, dispatch times may vary.

(Working days are Monday-Friday. Public holidays excluded.)

Please note:
- We cannot express ship to a FPO/APO address and PO BOXES within USA and Canada
- United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia orders must include a Po Box Number

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the above-mentioned delivery estimates. This may result in your order being rejected at customs. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once the shipment reaches your country. Kuma Sport are not responsible for any custom clearance charges; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note, Dentey does not refund shipping charges for packages that are undeliverable or refused/unclaimed by customers.

Our company is based in central Italy, the products are all designed in Italy

We guarantee a 100% happy service, what does this mean, we will personally send the design to our customers and check if they like them, if they do not like the design we will change it.

Oops! We are sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order.

We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed by our shipping team, so please be sure to review before you confirm your purchase!

If you request a cancellation of your order we cannot always 100% guarantee that it will be cancelled. We physically cannot cancel orders after 30 minutes of you placing your order. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us within 30 minutes of the purchase. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.
